Why would you want clear chakras? What are the positive results of a chakra clearing? Cleared chakras can bring a variety of benefits including the release of stress or trauma, calming of the emotions, improved physical health, increased spiritual focus and mental clarity.

The reason that the clearing of the chakras can affect so many aspects of life is that the chakra system is in coordinating and functioning control of the entire personal energy system. If the chakra system is brought into balance so does everything else in one’s experience become more balanced and grounded. There is improved self-confidence, peacefulness and a feeling of enjoying great control over the events of one’s life.

A person’s chakras are attached to and dependent upon a central column. That central column needs to be cleared so that it is able to fulfill its role as a channel allowing free interchange of the various energies. After a thorough clearing of the column each individual chakra in turn can be cleared and reenergized to vibrate and revolve at the correct speed.

In this way the coordination of the whole system is engaged and optimized. In other words, each chakra begins to operate in the way it was originally intended thus joining with and energizing the system as a whole. Positive changes begin and are immediately recognizable.

The personal chakra therapy treatments I offer to my clients include the use of 8 special musically tuned forks, color breathing, crystals and positive affirmations. A typical session takes 45 minutes to an hour or more depending upon the needs of the client.

Because chakras do hold karmic returns, there may be certain past life memories that come to the surface. These memories can then be directly recognized and resolved. Releasing past life fears or traumas can have a very positive effect on the quality of life today. Merely the aspect of reaching a more calm state of mind and emotion can allow solutions to current challenges to appear in a seemingly effortless way.

Each chakra clearing, alignment and reenergizing that I perform for someone is different because every client is unique and has unique desires and challenges. As a trained healing channel I am able to feel and see those areas of a person’s energy which require specialized attention. I always expend every effort to give that little extra that brings a session to its highest results.

Is the space where you live, work and play completely clear and energized? How does your living room, bedroom or office feel? Or are there times when you feel you have stepped into a sort of energetic cloudiness?  Do you ever encounter a feeling of general unrest and you don’t understand who, what or where it is coming from?

When unhealthy activities of any kind have taken place in a location, there may be a “hangover” of those events present. A room that was used for some extended period as a sick room can still radiate that feeling. An area where violent confrontations have taken place may seem to still reverberate with that noise and anger.

If on the other hand you encounter some new or unusual unpleasantness where there was none previously it is possible that you have picked up a negative “cord” or attachment somewhere in your travels. It is entirely possible that negativity which you innocently carried can feel at home and then deposit itself in your space.

Those of us who are sensitive to disruptive forces may suffer when in unhappy or fearful locations. Even when our emotional upset or distressed feelings are only in response to energetic memories imbedded in the walls (as opposed to literal ghosts or spirits) a good psychic house or office clearing may be the best solution.

Many times through the years I have been called to remove and replace such confusing and unhappy vibrations in addition to freeing an occasional stuck spirit, ghost or apparition. Having made an initial assessment of a particular situation with my guides, I have many diverse methods at my disposal that I can use in various combinations for a clearing.

Just as important after I have successfully cleansed a space is the replacement of that energy which has been removed with new clear positively vibrating energy. I am certain to do that refill before I leave any clearing. The reason is that every time a “vacuum” is created by clearing out negativity it must be filled. Even though I have used various methods of “hands-on-healing” for more than 34 years, the wonderful and sometimes surprising healing results achieved with my work in clearing, aligning and reenergizing chakras, continues to amaze me.

In my numerous sessions with clients I have found that so called “difficult” ailments, including physical ones such as lupus as well as mental ones such as depression or inability to concentrate and focus, can be either alleviated or completely dissipated by using sound and color. My therapeutic work with a client using sound, color, crystals and directed breathing varies according to each client’s unique needs but it is always rewarding for them and me.

Utilizing each one of eight tuning forks while working above and over the appropriate chakras (the “forks” are individually musically tuned to the chakra being cleared) I am able to help a person release all manner of negative attachments from this life and often from a past life. When the chakras are clean it becomes a simple matter to reenergize each and encourage a more appropriate resonance, vibration or spin.

Chakras are designed to naturally work together. Their colors and tones overlap to some degree and support each other. However, if one or more of the chakras is out of sync it affects the entire body system; mental, emotional and spiritual.

After a clearing there are a number of ways to keep a “challenged” chakra it good working order. Many times I suggest crystals of various kinds and colors, particular essential oils and the use of a color filled altar designed to improve the function of the chakra.

A small private altar is very helpful because it can hold objects that relate in a most personal way. For example if one wanted to keep the heart chakra open, the altar might have a pink or green cloth because those two colors relate to both the love and forgiveness which are governed by that chakra. The altar might be decorated with photos of loved ones, a rose scented candle and any object of a heart shape. Depending on the individual preference, a small statue of an angel or even Mother Mary could be used.

Last year when occasionally I was working as a guest reader with Elysian Fields in Sarasota, Florida, I discovered that the store offered every possible oil and gem. Because of certain experiences, situations or events of the past a person can feel a lack of personal power or loss of self-esteem. So you see there are many, many possible questions. Ask all of them whether they concern you personally, your family, your friends or fellow workers. Nothing is “off limits” in a psychic reading.

In preparing for your psychic reading I always take some definite actions.  First I fill my study with White Light for protection. I always make certain that I am personally clear of any negative energy and that I am highly energized.

Additionally, I place the four archangels at the corners of the room where I am bringing in the psychic trance information: Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, Archangel Uriel and Archangel Gabriel. The archangels always help to assure the information is accurate and positive in nature. I state aloud: “I intend, affirm and allow only the highest and best information from spirit for this psychic trance reading.”

As a trance medium I want to answer as many of your questions as possible. While I am able to use all of my abilities as a psychic clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient and medium, many times because I am a mental medium, I simple allow your guides, teachers or loved ones in spirit to impress me with what they want you to know.

Although I encourage your questions, often other things will come up in a psychic reading. When I am working with you psychically, I may see and hear from one of your guides even before you ask your first question. It is not unusual for me to clairvoyantly see a loved one in spirit standing beside you. Occasionally I will note that you have picked up what is called a negative cord or attachment and I will offer to remove it.

As you are asking your questions it is good to just relax. When you are in a calm and relaxed state your psychic session flows easily and steadily. Allow any of the spirits to offer information even if you do not immediately recognize the presenting spirit. Often if you will listen to the recording I make of your psychic reading a few days or even weeks later, you may realize who this spirit was and understand the importance or relevance of the message.

There can be people from your past as far back as grade school, friends who have passed to spirit, and yet they desire to maintain that connection or contact. Often a number of “surprise” spirits who will step into a psychic reading. This is especially true with those members of your own soul group.

I have noticed for instance that even if you did not consciously physically know your grandfather, he may be part of the psychic reading. It is possible he passed to spirit long before you were born but he is still part of your human family connection and will want to speak of one of your challenges or accomplishments.

People often ask me when a dear loved one has passed into spirit “Is it too early to communicate with them?” There is no set answer to that. Some newly passed spirits will talk through me almost immediately after their transition. Some spend more time getting acquainted with their new heavenly location.

It is my personal opinion that those spirits who are near the completion of their multiple lifetimes of “lessons” are more likely to be available simply because they have been through the transition so often and understand it. Their availability also seems to relate not so much to the quality of this lifetime, gentle or harsh, loving or abrasive, but to the soul’s individual development.

It is important to state that one of the excellent reasons for receiving a psychic reading is to be able to see the probable future outcomes that appear to be forming if you elect to make no changes in your ideas and actions. The advantage of having that psychic knowledge is that you can then decide to make appropriate adjustments in your daily life to create the future you desire. Nothing is ever “set in stone.” In other words you are always free to use your personal energy in different ways and create different outcomes for your future.

When you are in my studio for a psychic reading it is easy for me as a clairvoyant healing channel to see and feel the energies of your chakras. I can immediately tell which ones are working below capacity or over extended. Even though I might be giving you a psychic reading only by telephone I am still able to psychically, clairvoyantly, see the energies being emitted from each of your chakras and assess their individual health.

Why concern yourself with your chakras? Your chakras are vitally important to your health in all your “bodies”: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. When each one of these vortices of energy or wheels of light and color is vibrating to the right frequency and entraining with the other chakras all goes well. But when one is sluggish, partially closed off, or conversely, over active, the whole line of energy from the top of your head to the base of your spine is negatively affected. Your central column is not clear and flowing with energy as it was intended to be.

As a psychic it is easy for me to see if a chakra is cloudy, too pale or too dark in color.  Although the color of each chakra is different the optimum shade and luminosity would appear as if you were seeing it as in a stained glass window with light pouring through.

What can be done to correct chakra imbalance? How important is it? Illness can develop. Depending on the role of the affected chakra you may begin to experience various degrees of general discomfort.  For instance a first or base chakra which lacks energy can manifest as fear of finances, worry concerning family and relationships or just of feeling of not being “grounded”, spacey. That kind of stress can cause many illnesses. On the other hand too much energy in that chakra may cause a person to be demanding, stubborn and willful.

If your second or sacral chakra is weak you may feel confused or unsure as to how to access and express your own creativity. If it is overactive it may present obsessive sexual behavior.

The third or solar plexus chakra has a very important role in allowing you to feel what is right and good for you and what is not. It is a highly emotional center and as such can be a great help in manifesting your desires (think fire in the belly). Any idea when combined with strong emotion can be brought to fruition. If the solar plexus chakra is not working to capacity it can be difficult to access your intuition. An overactive third chakra can lead to emotional and mental confusion.

The fourth or heart chakra will indicate whether you are able to give and receive love as well as whether you allow yourself to forgive yourself and others for seeming errors. A constricted heart chakra can easily have negative effects on the physical circulation system. When it is open and flowing it contributes to joy and optimism.

The fifth chakra governs all manner of communication: speaking, writing and listening. It is the center of power. When it is depleted the energy in the total system is reduced. You may become unable to speak up for yourself, to make your desires heard. If it becomes overactive there can be an attempt to control others or become egocentric.

The sixth or third eye chakra is the place where creative visioning occurs. Manifestation always begins with a visionary idea. If the third eye is slow or only partially open it is difficult to visualize strongly enough to bring about positive changes for the future. If it is overactive it may be hard for a person to be in the present or now, tending to “space out” living solely in their imagination.

The seventh or crown chakra requires access to the highest spiritual energies. As long as it is properly open and vibrating only the divine truths of the I Am Spirit will come into your energy bodies. Much of the energy for your physical body comes through that chakra. When it is partially closed you may fill listless and run down. It also becomes more difficult for the soul to spiritualize and to advance.

There are many ways of correcting the energy in the individual chakras. If you and I are a distance from each other I will make suggestions to you over the telephone or internet for breathing in certain colors or perhaps activating one or more of the chakras with pure golden divine energy bringing it through the crown. Many times certain musical recordings will help a particular chakra regain its intended momentum and direction. Particular kinds of physical exercise can be of benefit. Essential oils are another possibility.

If however you are with me in my studio for chakra therapy I will utilize my eight tuning forks (each individually musically tuned to a specific chakra), quartz crystals, color breathing and powerful affirmations. Certain essential oils or stones may be suggested. When the chakras are clean, clear and fully energized you with your aura become a virtual rainbow of color with the color of one chakra blending and merging with the next as they support each other.

This manner of clearing and aligning the chakras can bring out old traumas from this life or a past life to be addressed and removed. Since our karmic returns are stored in the chakras, many believe that this negative energy removal can have the effect of minimizing karma.

Invariably the effect of the chakra therapy will bring a peaceful, grounded, balanced, “all together” feeling to my client. It is as if they have returned to wholeness without any fragmentation.

My story begins about two months ago. I was planning and looking forward to a second visit to a large city on the east coast of Florida. The first time I served one of the metaphysical centers there, the minister had provided lodging in her own home. This time, while serving that same center, I was invited to stay with a new acquaintance in a separate suite of her condominium.

As usual with these trips I was completely prepared with two workshops, a lecture and a meditation. In addition I was offering private psychic counseling. On the surface it was much the same as any of my working trips.

About three weeks before I was scheduled, things starting going a bit odd. First the center’s website balked and refused to allow access. That was a bit scary to me because my income depended on those people on the center’s e-mail list knowing I was on my way, understanding what I would teach and the times of the lectures.

When the website finally opened up, the dates and times were wrong. One of my workshops was totally deleted. I was concerned but on the other hand my last visit had been so perfect, I assumed everything would straighten out in time! Plus I had learned one special attitude from a friend of mine. It always fixed any negative attitude I might be prone to use. On occasions like this I just said: “Oh, well!”

Then another glitch! The advertisement that was to appear in the local new age magazine had the wrong date and didn’t mention my other workshop. Oh, oh! This called for phrases one and two: “Oh, well… So what!”

Upon arrival at the metaphysical center it was obvious that nothing was going to happen according to plan. Now it was time for: “Oh, well…So what…Next time!” Oddly enough I felt really upbeat, not at all concerned. As it turns out there was an excellent reason for my optimism.

I was only in the city a day or so when, thanks to my new friend, I was called on to spiritually clear and clean a gorgeous bay side home of over 20,000 square feet. It was the first time I had worked with a living space of that size and I welcomed the opportunity. My new friend came with me and helped carry all my psychic “tools”.

I divided the huge house into sections for the clearing and subsequent replacing with the appropriate energy. There were three different levels to the home and so many hallways. To be certain that it was as clean as it should be, I allowed myself two days for the intense work.

The remainder of the week I was busy doing counseling sessions and chakra clearings for several friends of the home’s owners. Believe me when I say I never gave a second thought to the week that didn’t turn out “right”.

Lately I have had numerous requests to teach my dream workshop in various locations, various cities. Because I want to do my very best for these presentations my mind has been focused on continually improving what I offer.

The result of that intention to be at the “top of my game” manifested many, many restless nights when I felt it necessary to wake up and record yet another dream…just in case!

Those of you who have kept a dream journal for any length of time know how I felt. Dream work becomes a bit of a compulsion if you allow it. That is why I always tell my students that following their dreams needs to be a joy not a job.

With all that dreaming and writing, many are the mornings I would start my day feeling as if I had been trenching through a war zone. I finally decided I needed better continuous sleep. After all I did have my counseling and other matters requiring my attention.

I found a solution! I simply had a serious talk with my dream-maker. “If you only wake me when a dream involves new ways of service, one that uses me and my own storehouse of unconditional love and light, I promise to write down all the details.”

Thank goodness that worked. I had to repeat that talk a couple of nights in a row just to make the impression, indicate my seriousness, but yes it worked. “Wake up, wake up” dreams kept coming but not by the bushel basketful.

Perhaps I just needed to convince myself that my workshops did not have to be “perfect”. No, I haven’t stopped dreaming, but I do get a lot more sleep. Bless my subconscious mind! It does take direction well. Plus it never sleeps because “she” never needs it!

Thankfully inside each one of you is an enormous, limitless supply of miracle producing, unconditional, open-hearted love. Unfortunately the truth is that many of us seem to have locked love away through fear of loss or perhaps because of various very personal disappointments of the past. The good news is that love is still there within each one of you, available, vital and ready to go to work in your life.

As a clairvoyant psychic, when I work with clients to clear and activate their chakras, I see that marvelous love energy swirling    in the area of the heart chakra as well as in that area that is sometimes referred to as the “high heart” chakra or thymus chakra. The “high heart” chakra is the energy wheel located between the physical heart and the throat.

The love in those two spinning energy centers may be sluggish or partial dormant but it is still there and fully capable of going to work for you in your life. I suggest you start activating that energy with your mind and thoughts.

If you are a visual person I would ask you to see your love’s energy blooming and shining forth lotus-like in luminous green blending upward into a soft pink. If you prefer to understand the heart chakras as a sound vibration it would be the musical tone “F”.

Acknowledge your vast capability of loving and continue to amplify that energy at the chakra level. When you feel as full of love as you can imagine, how should you use that energy?  Use it by beginning at once to love yourself exactly as you are right now with all your bumps and bruises of personality and seeming imperfections of body.

See your love energy touching every nerve and cell in your physical body. Remember also not to use any critical words against yourself—“if only I had said nothing…” or “I shouldn’t have…” or “I am just so silly and stupid”!

Instead of hurtful thoughts try some self love complements like these —“I do my very best every day,” “I am thankful for all my creative ideas”, and of course: “Wow! I did that just right.” Your body, mind and emotions will thank you for this love bath offered from your heart.

I promise you that your love will come forward with zest each time you are nonjudgmental and compassionate with yourself and others. It shines when you gift a stranger on the street with your smile. Your love blooms when you help a friend who is temporarily lost on his path. Just a beautiful positive thought sent out to someone who is troubled is love in action. No love thought or deed is ever wasted. Be assured the more love you use, the more you will have.

Whatever thought or daydream that you entertain be certain it comes from your heart and your love. There is always time to rationalize or work exclusively from the mental realm but no better time than now to come from a platform of love. Communication never seems to be simple but if you take the extra step to be sure that every word you write or speak comes from your heart, you will always be clearly understood.

Why concern yourself with opening to love? Quite simply because love is life’s most positive and powerful force. Most of you would welcome some sort of change or improvement in your life experiences. So if there is any situation in your life today that causes you unhappiness or distress, try love. Give your personal love and the love you draw from Spirit a chance to prove itself Love will heal any emotional, mental and physical discomfort. Love activates the natural healing ability of anyone who will accept its’ energy.

Perhaps you have been told or read: “Live by the wisdom of Love.” “Speak from the heart.” “Be kind.” “Do no harm.” “Step aside from the negativity of all judgment.” “Hear yourself and others, not with your mind, but with love from your heart.” “Be the radiant energy of pure Love.” “Forgive, forgive, forgive.”

All of these suggestions are good ones, but where are the directions to attain this life lived by Love? How can we open our hearts to that great an extent? Where should we begin? How can we become that pure heart essence and still live and work every day in a sometimes harsh human environment with all its conflicting demands?

If you will begin by putting aside judgment, you will lose all the unnecessary and exhausting dramas of life. In other words, simply allow other people and situations to be as they are without the need to comment or “fix” them.

Through this simple act of allowing, the triggers that might have sent you into conflict will no longer engage you. They will not affect you. Instead, you will be led to use genuine loving communication from your heart. The high Spirit will speak from your heart and soul.

The time to begin any change, large or small, is always now. Today is the day to express love. Today is the day to forgive yourself and others. Today is the day to start with a clean slate and a new more loving heart.

Listening to the unadulterated true spirit of your heart is a life long journey of love exploration. It is a commitment to enormous and fulfilling change. When anyone dares to live by love, beautiful changes are inevitable. New relationships, new careers, creative ideas arrive just for the accepting.

We are here in human form on this earth for the purpose of growth, growth of mind, emotion and spirit. The most direct route to accessing our own potential is the embracing and expressing of our personal love nature. We must open our hearts to our true divine self and the true divine self of others.

Every thought we think, every emotion we feel, every word we speak creates a ripple of energy. When those thoughts, emotions and words issue from pure love we become the light for ourselves, for others and for the planet.

I encourage you today to make a pact with yourself to express as much as you can of your true love nature, your personal heart wisdom, in every situation you encounter. By simply being heart aware, you will know love’s solutions, love’s answers.

Whether you are alone with your thoughts, speaking with friends, working with others or meeting strangers, BE THE LOVE YOU WERE BORN TO BE! I assure you, there is nothing more satisfying than expressing your own heart’s spirit of love and wisdom.

Using your love’s radiant energy will bring great abundance in all its many forms into your life. Love when combined with gratitude will literally magnetize your personal energy to attract every good situation into your life.

If it is a relationship you think, dream or imagine for yourself, it will be there. If it is money or a better home or transportation you envision and intend, those will come.  Just keep loving, never stop and never doubt its’ power.

By using your love moment to moment you will be transformed spiritually and physically enlivened. You will become the best gift this earth could ever want.

Of all the questions that are asked of me as a psychic counselor some of the most frequent are; “Am I on my spiritual path?” “Is the action I am pursuing keeping me on my life path or am I taking a wrong turn?” “What is my life path?”

If you are a person who desires to “stay on the path” I offer you some ways of determining your course. The first is certainly the easiest and most direct. As you move through your day check in with your emotions. Are you working at something that gives you so much joy that you completely ignore the clock? Time is meaningless? Then most definitely you are on your path fulfilling your purpose.

If on the other hand, you are bored, feeling stuck or lacking any drive or ambition, it is time to take a little personal inventory. When was the last time you felt the joyful exhilaration of something you accomplished? What was the nature of that effort? Could it be built, expanded into some larger and greater work?

Reach as far back in time as you need to but do find something that gave you great satisfaction and purpose. Looking for a situation of your own creation that brought you joyful excitement will open your thinking to which of your many talents needs to be explored and utilized.

If there is some particular activity that has always spoken to you, made you curious, but you were hesitant to try it, do it now. Did you always want to try painting with watercolors? Did you feel you could be helpful in one of the many volunteer opportunities?  Does guitar music call you?

When you daydream what do you see yourself doing? Should you begin taking steps to make that daydream a reality? No matter your age, no matter your education, it is never too late to try something “out of your comfort zone” that sparks your imagination.

I do not exaggerate when I state that everyone reading this article has numerous talents! Not one of you arrived empty handed.

There is a related effort that you can make to bring your life path into focus. It may not make sense to you at first but I suggest you try it.

The truth is that more than one of us are hitting a bit of a brick wall life path wise because we will not forgive and let go. In other words you may still be angry with yourself for missing an opportunity that you feel would have put you in a much more progressive place in your life. You may still resent someone else who caused you distress or economic loss.

When you hold on to a situation of any unhappy distressful kind it places clouds in your thinking. That attitude will hold you back, keep you from seeing and trying your finest ideas. Worse yet lack of forgiveness can manifest itself as physical or even emotional illness.

Let go of memories of any personal “failure”. Anything you ever did or saw was simply a learning experience. Release unhappiness and move into this possibility filled day with renewed zest. Every single day is a new 24 hour opportunity! Do not waste a minute of that gift in regret.

When you are angry with your own actions you hurt yourself. When you are angry with someone else you hurt yourself.

If you feel that you have failed yourself in anyway, forgive! If you feel that someone else has injured you, forgive! You will be amazed at how light and good that forgiveness will feel.

As you seek your personal and very important life path remember that your emotions are a wonderful sensing device. When joy floods your soul, you are on target! When your solar plexus feels like it is filled with lead, do try something different!

Many of us on earth today are experiencing what feels like an acceleration of time. We just become accustomed to one event or appearance when everything changes again. Therefore it is all the more important to be center and grounded in our own lives.

When you can affirm and sense that you are doing what you came here to do, you are centered, you are grounded!

In fact the average person spends one third of their lives sleeping and dreaming. If he or she lives to the age of 75 that is 25 years asleep but subconsciously awake in the world of dreams. Would any of us really want to waste that many years through our own inattention to the information that is offered there?

Since the sights, sounds and emotions that are offered to us as we sleep are a highly valuable commodity, why do we give them so little of our time and notice?

In other civilizations and societies such as those of the Romans, the Greeks and various American Indian tribes, dreams were honored.  Great attention was given to their interpretation. Those who could interpret dreams were honored. Dreams and the messages offered by spirit visitations were recorded in journals for future reference. Nothing was thrown away or disregarded.

Those of you who are familiar with biblical passages will recall numerous instances when dreams were credited with imparting life saving information. Consider the dream that came to Mary and Joseph that caused them to flee with the baby Jesus. Without their attention to that dream would Christianity have come into being?

I will acknowledge that many of the dreams we experience are not the simplest to interpret. They come in metaphors and symbols that seem at first glance far removed from our daily lives. Why take the extra time and effort to make sense of them?

Once you or I are able to open the knowledge of those mystical scenarios we are likely to find wisdom that goes far in smoothing our life paths. Why? Because our personal dream maker has access to information on many levels and many locations that would otherwise escape us.

Some of you may already be doing remote viewing or astral travel as you sleep. You may not be aware of it but still it is a fairly common occurrence.

If you have an interest in something that is quite a distance from home, it is quite possible to send yourself as astral energy to that location. For instance, if there is a friend or relative across the country who is experiencing illness or other difficulty, you might “check in” with your astral body.

Do you realize that before you fall asleep you can request answers from your night dreams to questions on any subject? Not only can you request that service, you can invite healing energies to present their vibrations and suggestions to you as you sleep and dream for your health of mind, body or emotions.

In my workshops when I teach the value and use of “dreamtime” I always suggest that it is important to impress your dream maker with the fact that you are interested, that you will see and listen to those night time presentations. Emphatically announcing your intention to record and interpret your dreams and doing so will bring more vivid, detailed memory and understanding of their content.

If you already value your waking intuitive abilities consider using your night time ones as well. In depth observations concerning your life, your challenges, your talents are waiting to help and advise you in any way that you are willing to accept.
